nothing but database referesh....say u have a qualtiy and prod server. u may need to have the data of the production into qualtiy , so the techi(basis) does a format of quality and refersh it with production. this is db refresh
attimes they differ. a system copy might also refer to dumping the data of prod to dev without a refresh....(latest data only) but mostly it refers to the refresh of db. depends on the context where we refer this
