Why I can't play SDN events video appropriately?

Hi all,

There's a useful SDN event I want to look at:

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/media/uuid/a9509b88-0701-0010-ff90-d3994...

but I can't see any video of it,it seems that the video can be opened by mircosoft Media player,I can open other online video through Media player correctlly,but I can't see any of this one.could any one help?

I'm using Windows Media player9

Hi Denny,

the video you are refering to uses the following codecs:

Windows Media Audio 9

48 kbps, 44 kHz, stereo (A/V) 1-pass CBR

Windows Media Video V8

Check you settings on the Windows Media Player. You might have to download updated codes from Microsoft.

I occasionally saw the video for only one time.seems that my media player is OK, I don't know if it's because my net connection problem,but I saw other on-line video (like Yutube) is quite well.I still don't know why.
