configure oracle server network phase error in SWPM

Dear Experts,

I am installing SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 with oracle, I have done all the preinstallation activities and installed oracle 12c. Now i am installing EHP7, In Configure oracle server network phase , i am getting the error. and then I checked the lsnrctl.log file in sap installation directory.

Log is....

here saporacle user is a local user created by myself to install oracle.

Hi Thavaheer,

As per error logs, it looks like issue with start up of listener service. Please check it with its logon credential.

Also refer this SAP Note 1915302 - Database Software 12.1.0.2 Installation on Windows to verify your Oracle installation.
