How can we ensure quality of incoming materials without inspecting any sample ?

This might help speed up the storage and binning process at warehouses. Some vendors are highly reputed and provide almost perfect lots throughout the considered time frame. So inspecting their lots isn't much necessary.

There are some good documents already available on topics like Vendor QM System, Certified Vendor, Skip Inspection, etc in our SCN forum, which are answered by our seniors in this forum. May be you can explore a bit more on these strings.
