Workflow error in SAP C4C

Hi Folks,

I am getting error in the Workflows.

Whenever you saved Task one E-Mail Notification should be send to the User.... This is which i was created workflow in C4C.

But User didn't get any E-Mail Notification. But the status of the Task is showing Completed.

Can you please someone help me How to resolve this error?

Hello Aravind,

Could you provide us some screenshots showing how you have configured your workflow rule and what are the steps that you are doing and expecting the rule to be trigerred?
