Shipment cost document

After creating shipment I tried to create shipment cost document. But it said "no items on the document". I checked the shipment and it had one outbound delivery, then why during cost calculation it says no item in the document?

See if you have all the setting in right spot-: Pricing procedure for shipment will only be determined if you have following factors assigned and defined

1 Transportation planning point

2 Service Agent

3 Shipment Cost Item

4 Shipping type

Also on what bases u have assigned the Calculation base like if its Delivery, Shipment cost item, Handling Unit etc

The VPRS cost condition is held in the pricing procedure. My guess is that you have your pricing set in your sales order and then copied to your invoice. So there is no pricing in the delivery and therefore no cost.

If you invoice the product you will see the cost in the pricing procedure in that doucment.
