Adapter Monitor - JPR status was shown in Red, CCMS Status in Grey color

Hi Experts,

After the XI new installation (NW04, SP09), In the Runtime Workbench --> Component Monitoring screen.. under “Status” tab, CCMS Status was NOT shown in Green color. But Ping Status, Self-Test Status were shown in Green color.

When I had clicked on ‘Adapter Monitoring’ button, Adapter Monitor screen was shown with Only BC and XI are in Green color. But the “JPR” was shown with Red color.

Can someone reply how to resolve the above issue?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Olli,

Thank you for your reply. I had tried with following

http://<host_server>:<J2EE_port>/ProxyServer/jprselftest

But I got the message as follows in the web browser. It seems some sort of setting things need to be done.

Hi,

did you also tried the transaction SLDCHECK on ABAP side?

it should open a browser with the SLD and gives you information, if tthe SLD is available at all.

If don't get a error, check the exchange profile. Under the node "Connections" you can set some landscape properties:

hostrname: com.sap.aii.connect.landscape

port: com.sap.aii.connect.landscape.httpport

maybe here is somthing wrong

To make JPR status green, Create a Technical system (Web AS JAVA) & host name should be where XI is installed.
