HANA Excel Analysis 2.4 add-in very slow to load

I'm running Excel add-in Analysis 2.4 and when try to enable the add-in it takes around 25 minutes!!. I had reinstalled it twice, with reboots after each. It takes another 3-4 mins. to get to the logon screen, then another 3-5 mins. for the actual Prompts to show up

Also, do you have other add-ins installed to Excel? I would disable all Excel add-ins, except Analysis, and see if that helps.
