All of sudden users are receiving alert emails into their outlook inbox!

Hello

All of sudden SAP PPM users are receiving alert emails into their outlook email inbox, with the below subject line, pl. let us know how to suppress / prevent incoming these email from PPM app?

"cProjects standard alert Categories for Actions (The triggering application determined you as a recipient)"

Hi,

in IMG "Create/Change Status Profile for User Status" double click on the relevant status profile. You will get a list of statuses, double click on each status to see its details. Here, you can see if any status is set (radiobutton 'No action' or 'Set').

When you create a new status you can create several actions (business transactions), which are then displayed in the details of a status in customizing IMG.

Hi,

it looks like that alerts for status-dependent actions have been customized. Please check if any actions have been maintained in customizing under:

> SAP Portfolio and Project Management
> Project Management
> Basic Settings
> Create/Change Status Profile for User Status and check the status details.
