Hi experts!
We have many timeouts in the SRM system when creating a shoppingcart. The error cannot be reproduced. We have checked many SAP-notes and timeout parameters but nothing helped so far. The only thing where we can actually recognise the timeouts is in SM21 systemlog but this still gives us no clue where the source of the error is.
Do you have ideas? Your help would be much appreciated.

Mabye your IPC or connection with backend system stuck...?
