Listing PR created through MRP alone

Is their any way of differentiating the PR created through MRP and through ME51.

My need is to list PR created through MRP alone.

Hi

When you execute the report ME5A (List PRs), there is a column "Creation Indicator". This indicates whether the PR was created manually or through MRP. In std SAP, R stands for Manual creation and F stands for PR created through MRP.

You can sort and filter the list as per your requirement if you execute the list in ALV format.

Yes it was really very easy to find which are the PR's generated through mrp.But it will display all the PR's generated through mrp. Is there any way to find out the PR's generated on the last run mrp.

for example if I am running mrp on 5th of febraury. I want to see the list of PR's generated after running this mrp only. I dont want to see the other PR's generated on previous mrp run.

If anybody can be able to provide solution for this, it will be very very useful for me. Thank you

Hello David,

As Anand said, you can use the tcode ME5A to get this report, but for your requirement you need to select criteria from the dynamic selection list.

- Go to ME5A

- On the initial screen you will find one colur icon (Dynamic Selection), click on that

- you will get window where you have to double click on "Creation Indicator" which will pull one field on your selection screen.

- In this screen you can give your criteria for PR creation selection i.e. B for MRP, D for manual creation etc

- Save the variant for future use.

Hi David,

For listing the PR created through MRP, u can use transaction ME5A, Enter the code of Material planner and execute. This will give u the list of PR created by MRP.
