I am looking for reports on:

1) <b>Shipping Log for a months.</b>

Should contain the following data: <b>Customer name, delivery note #, product, quantity, delivery date.</b>

2) <b>Receiving Log for a months.</b>

Should contain the following data: <b>Vendor name, receipt note #, product, quantity and receiving date.</b>
