BPC EPM client fails while saving with Detecting EPM Functions

our EPM-client fails from time to time to save data form input sheets at the point
Detecting EPM Functions. Only task mgr helps. But only sometimes. Different users have the same problem.

Internet Explorer, Windows 7, BPC 10.1. classic, SP 23. Office 2010.

Input sheets are from the model consolidation, international, multi currencies

Possible conflict with antivirus software... Also test recent EPM SP - SP28?

For the rest you have to provide detailed test case with screenshots.
