Service Incident in IC WebClient (CRM 5.0)

HI,

I try to create the Service Incident (Service Order) scenario and need some support.

When I try to open Service Incident, after I select IObject and Account, I get strange message (You have not confirmed a premise) and the screen for Service Incident is not opened - does anybody have any idea, what could be the reason for that?

I customized the Business Transaction and assigned it to the NavBarProfile for Service scenario.

I created the Iobject and linked it with BP. But when I try to open Service Incident I get only the strange message and the screen for Service Incident (Service Order) is not opened.

It was working but someting before SP07 was installed.

I will be gratefully for any help.
