Missing INDX Entries for a user in HRAUTH.

I have two users with same authorization profile but for one user few entries in HR auth index is missing.

Few Event id's are differed when I compared both the users HR AUTH index entries.

standard program RHBAUS00 is used to load HR AUTH index entries. Example :

There are 2 users – X & Y, out of which X is the manager and Y is the subordinate. Same Structural authorization profile has been attached to both the users Eg: Z_Test. When we look at the transaction code HRAUTH and Indx Entries, we see that one of the events is missing for the Manager (we have done reindexing also) under the INDX Entries but it appears for the employee. This event comes under the same authorization object Z_Test.

Please help on how the program load index entries and why is it different to two users even as they authorization profile is same
