User assignment to responsibility

Can any1 let me know on how to find out to which responsibilites the user is assigned to?

The best transaction is SUIM.

There you will get all reports you need for the user

Hi Rajeev,

This can be looked by going into SU01

give user ID Say Employee99

Go to his roles tab

You will find role as SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE or something these roles are copied into some ZSAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE.This is employee role.

If you want to know which all transaction he can use

Go to PFCG transaction

Give this role mentioned above and click on display.Go to menu tab,

You will get all the transaction which can be executed by this USER ID.

Hi

As far what i understood, Refer transaction PPOSA_BBP to get the organization attributes and responsibilties of the particular user.

<b>Also refer to transactions related to the SAP Logon Users (Like SU01, SU01D, SU3, SUIM)</b>

<b>Go to SE93 transaction and put SU* and do a search for this to find all the relevant transactions attached to the users.</b>
