hi,

I am working on an ALE scenario between 2 clients of the same system, using change pointers. All the configurations are appropriate in both the systems. The idoc is sent properly from sending client (status in WE02 is 03 ) but in receiver client i m not able to see it in WE02 .No Idoc appearing for involved msg type in WE02.

Any clues..

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Sumit

Hi,

Check 1) IDOC type in both clients

2) message types in both clients

Thanks

hi sumit,

There are quite a number of possibilities.

Try to check this things.

Test the partner profile.

u can use the test tool WE19.(but not recommended).

Verification of inbound function module using BD87.

since u have mentioned that u r using change pointers, Try to check with the tables BDCP and BDCPS to find whether changes r made in the outbound process.

Arun.

Hi Sumit,

Welcome to SDN.

Please go to transaction SM58 and check if the IDocs are stucked up on the t-rfc queue. If so, you can right click and choose Execute LUW to release them.

Hope this will help.
