Datasource related to CRM account Management/ Business Partner

Hi Gurus,

Please let me know if any report or query can be generated over Buisness Partner (BP) (0BPARTNER)(Master Data) info object of CRM.

Eg: List of all customers created by a user.

Customers created in the last one month.

List of all prospects converted to clients for a particular user. etc...

Points will be awarded to useful answers.

Make the info object as info provider in info provider tab. "include characteristic as info provider". Thats it. Go to query degigner and navigate to this info object and you will see the info object and make queries.

Since 0BPARTNER is an InfoObject, by its nature it is an InfoProvider that can be used to create queries. For example, the standard Business Content has a query ""Business Partner: Prepared Addresses" (tech. name 0BP_ADDR_01), which is based on this object. You can display any information that is contained in the InfoObject. You can also define MultiProviders which "union" 0BPARTNER with other InfoProviders and then report on all characteristics and key figures included in MultiProvider's definition.

Hi Stan,

Thanks for the clarification. Though still i have one doubt. Can you let me know what is the relevant datasource from CRM perspective for 0BPARTNER in CRM system which i will use to load the master Data (Attr and Text) for the same.

As well mentioned two eg of Queries i require. Do let me know how we can generate the same.

check for 0BPARTNER_ATTRand 0BPARTNER_TEXT to load master data and text.

Hi!

First 2 reports can be created using the 0CREATEDBY and 0CREATEDON characteristics of 0BPARTNER InfoObject. u can identify the customers using 0CRM_F_CST attribute

you can use the 0CRM_F_PROS attirbute for the third one..
