Does anyone have any experience or guidance around a custom Fiori Client app that’s been rejected from the Apple App store?
We have created a custom Fiori Client following the SAP Documentation. Basically configured the SAP Fiori Client to point at our onsite gateway.
The rejection from Apple states:
---
We
noticed an issue in your app that contributes to a lower quality user
experience than Apple users expect:
- Your app did not include iOS features. App Store apps should use native iOS
buttons and include iOS features other than just web views, push notifications,
or sharing.

I think the key phrase is: “should use native iOS buttons and include iOS features other than just web views”. The Fiori Client App is pretty much a web view wrapper, so not sure how to tackle this, any ideas how we get around the problem?
The app has previously been approved so not sure if Apple are clamping down on this type of app or we've just gotten a very diligent reviewer this time.
Thanks in advance for any help/advice!
