Item not getting confirmed

Hi Gurus,

For some of the items in my sales orders item is not getting confirmed i am getting error"Characteristics combination for itemHT4v3xGw8TJX0000blU1A0/ was not found"If i double click below message is popping up

Error calling function module /sapapo/cif_help_object_show in system Q1SCLNT023 : Screen output without connection to user.

Message no. XC016

Can any one guide me how to solve this issue?

Can u just elaborate on what do you mean by "Confirmation"-- are you talking about ATP??

Shedule lines are confirming with Zero Availability check is not carried over.

Hi,

It seems the system is not able to perform atp as the error shows the linkage failure in APO, if you've an APO running on a different system and ur performing GATP -- kindly check ur RFC linkages.

But this error is not repeating for other materials, some where missing something..

I think these materials have problem with setup in APO.

check your APO system.
