Policy Acknowledgment recipients

Hi All,

My policy has been sent to more recipients than those mentioned in Policy Scope or Recipients tab in Planner.

The events tab in Planner shows, Survey sent to 6 recipients, while i have mentioned 3 recipients in Policy scope and Recipients tab

FYI, My Policy only has acknowledgment ticked and not Survey or Quiz

So, could you help explain, to whom is the acknowledgment sent
