Can anybody tell me the meaning of 'Distribution of idoc'?

Is nothing but configuration of R3 system.Making Message types and Idocs compatible to Distribute to other system.Other than Partner Profiles Type 'LS'.

In Transaction BD64,we will define what type of Message types and Idoc types should distribute.
