Reg:Functional Specs

Hi,

I want to prepare functional Spec for follwoing requirment.

here some of my users give @ symbol in document header field for document attachements. but they r not attach any documents. some documents they give attachments but not put @ symbol in documents header field. Using FB03how to see which documents having attachments and which documents dont have attaments at report level.

plz tell how to prepare functional spec for this requirment.
