If RF devices needs customized screen with little deviation from the SAP standards. Do we have to create new screens copying the existing screens in screen management? It is a cross-client table which has some access issues. Is this just authorization issue or need some access key to make changes.

Hello Sam,

You can copy the standard SAP screen for your RF device, but it will require access key for copy and change as well. Please consult with your technical guys for the possibilities.
