No SID found for value 'DAY ' of characteristic 0DUR_UNIT

HI,

I am trying to load a DSO object and the activation step failed with the message

"No SID found for value 'DAY ' of characteristic 0DUR_UNIT "

But in the CUNI transaction for ISO UOM, DAY is present. What could be the cause of error

did you check the SID table of 0UNIt? see if the unit that you are pssing into the DSO has a entry there too.

I dont find the Unit DAY but i found the equivalen for it "TAG". But my source system is always feeding the data into BI as DAY. So this error will always occur,So hould i add the unit DAY in CUNI transaction????

Add DAY in the cuni (UOM) as a new entry and try reactivating again. Should work. Dont forget to include in a request.

hi,

the error means that no SID is created for the value 'DAY' which is because its format is not corerect see that wheter it is compatible with the data type of of characteristic 0DUR_UNIT .
