Dear Gurus

In my company, There are two users who park the documents in T-code MIR7, then later the document will be posted after the approval, but when User 1 is parking the docs, User 2 can not view or post the parked docs in his ID under T code MIR7, Is there any way no matter who ever is the user can post /edit the docs parked by someone else ?. Kindly let us know the solutions, as of now we are unable to view or edit.

Dear Pablo.. Thank you for the answer and links, I would like to know, If User 1 parks the docs, can User 2 post them ? and visa a versa. Right now Users can post only the docs which they have parked, Do we need to change some setup in the SAP or its related to access issue, Please let me know if we have to modify some thing in the system ?. if yes , then how can it be done. We are new in to SAP System.

Hi,

check this OSS Note:

2036711 - MIR7/FV60: Table BKPF-PPNAM’s update behavior

when you say "Users can post only the docs which they have parked," ,

do they receive any message in particular?

if so, which one?

please indicate message id and message number.

Best regards,

Pablo

Dear Pablo.. Actually there is no message, but When User 1 parks docs in MIR7, then User 2 goes in to T-code : MIRO / MIR7 he can not see any docs in the worklist, so User2 can not post them, So what could be the solution to this issue, Please let me know. thank you in advance.

Hi,

read this OSS Note too:

2197290 - MIR7: Authorization object F_BKPF_BUK

what about using transaction MIR5 or MIR6?

Best regards,

Pablo
