go to the top contributor search, check "All time", select Hungary and fire the query. You don't see all registered users but at least all those who ever received at least 1 point.
The SDN World map is a self registration deal - if you want you can add yourself it was done by two members of the community.
Now you can also go to the home page (bottom left corner) and choose the "Top Contributors" report and select the country there and see who (during a date range) from your country is most active.
