menu bar - items not selectable

Hi,

I have a problem with transaction QM01 / QM02 and QM03. In the menu bar EXTRAS->Settings there a two items (Reference object view / Ctrl/Default values...), which I can't select (there are grey).

I can't find any authorization object to set the items selectable.

Some users can select the items.

Does anybody have a idea?

I THINK SOME TRANSACCTION VARIANT HAVE BEEN CREATED FOR THAT JUST CHECK IN SHD0 FOR THAT TCODE FOR A PERTICULAR GROUP OF USER.
