Reuse/Link Processes in multiple scenarios

Hi there,

I need some clarification concerning the Solution Manager.

The idea and its realisation of scenarios and process in Solution Manager is really great.

There's only one thing I am missing:

It seems like that it's not possible to asscociate one process to more than one scenario. It is only possible to copy it - but that doesn't really help. When I change the attributes, documents oder status of one process, the copy is not changed.

Does anybody have the same needs and problem?

Is it possible to solve it?

Hi Dominik,

we are currently working on a functionality that will support the re-use of objects (e. g. a process in a scenario) in projects and solutions. Today, I cannot state when it will be released.

this is not a problem - it is a featue

No, seriously: you import processes from the repository and you can attach them to as many scenarios as you want to. But these processes are not attached to each other. Therefore you can not solve the problem.

What you can do:

When you copy the process you can reference to documents in the original process. As a consequence, at least the documents are simmilar.
