We would like to refesh one of our QA client with the Production client. However, our stms route is define as DEV -> QA -> PRD. PRD is not part of the QA network. We had use the client export import method. Meaning to said, we export PRD client and import into a new client created in QA. However, during upload of request to the stms buffer in stms_import, the status immediate show status RED (Request will not be import). We ignored the status and carry on with the import. Once we click the import button, a TMS error appear and then bring us to the next import screen to carry on with the import.
Although there is error during import, some of the production data is found in our new QA client. Weird ?
Any sugestion on this issue ? We chose not to do system copy cos we do not want to clear off the whole QA system
