Remove Selection Field from VA05 Optimized List

I've read the instructions in SAP Note 1780163, which details how to make modifications to the newer Optimized VA05 Sales List report.

I've been able to add selection parameters, output fields, etc. The one thing I can't find a way to do is remove one of the standard selection parameters, specifically BSTKD (Customer Purchase Order.)

Is that possible?
