How to reset Administrator for Cloud for Customer?

The IT administrator is no longer with the company and he was the one that had the user to Administer C4C.

How do we reset his password?. We don't know what his user was?

Is there anyway to create a new admin user or have SAP create one for us?

What is the process to get the above resolved?

Any help is highly appreciated?

    Hello Joel,

    In that case, if any of the other users has admin access, then the only way will be creating an incident, so SAP can reset the user. In case you are not allowed to create incident, then please call the Support hotline and ask for the team to create an incident on your behalf.
