We are going for a upgrade from 4.6c to ECC 6.0. The modules in the scope are
FI&CO, PM, MM and HR.
In HR, we are running on OM, PA, Time, payroll and Recruitment.
Can any one give me a glance into the strategy to follow and the potential issues we may going to encounter. As far as SAP HR functionality is concerned it is straight forward except a few Schema changes in payroll and time (TM04).
