Data Transfer from CO into SL via GCU3

Dear community,

we try to transfer documents from CO into Special Ledger. For this we are using the GCU3 transaction, which works but not for all CO documents. We assigned the corresponding CO activities to the Special Ledger customizing, but still receive an error for those activities in the GCU3 transaction.

For the not transferred postings it displays an error message, which goes like this: "This document was not posted to the target ledger because of Customizing" and is displayed in a tabular form for each not transferred document number.

How can we resolve this issue in the customizing of the Special Ledger? We are pretty sure, that we have all relevant CO activities assigned to the SL and still receive this error.

Hi Slava

Instead of "pretty sure" you can cross check whether CO transaction is customized or not for particular Ledger. You can easily find the activity from COE* tables for problem document.

Use transaction GCL2 - check activities assigned per Ledger/CoCode.

Use transaction GCF2 - if any exits are activated that restrict the transfer.
