Is there any way of adding an Outline agreement number after the PO has been created?

I cannot seem to add an outline agreement number to a PO after it has been created. The field is greyed out. Is there a way to add it once it has been save or put on hold?

It would be quite difficult to manage reduction of contract quantity and values if people could just edit back and forth the contract number assignment. Such assignments are as well important in the very beginning since you would copy over various field values from the contract to the PO, which could not be achieved if the contract could be assigned at a later point of time.

If you need to assign a contract then just delete your existing item and create a new item with contract reference.
