How can we calculate overhead cost for a product or a production order?

Overhead (OH) component for a product can be calculated via the use of costing sheet. The costing sheet holds information relating to the mechanism applying OH percentage and the base on which these percentages to be applied.

To invoke a costing sheet, this need to be assigned to a valuation variant maintained plantwise. The valuation variant is a part of the costing variant that is used for the cost roll up or running a cost estimate.
