Looking for SAPGUI when logging in through ITS

Hello,

I am trying to configure some new transactions to be rendered through an ITS.

When I go to any of the transactions, it prompts me to login and looks for the webgui service. This is also the same if I enter into a web browser the direct ITS address as well, it will ask me to login in looking for that webgui service.

I enter my backend login info and it gets to that particular transaction fine.

Question is I don't want the users to be asked to login looking for the webgui service when going to a transaction.

What can be done to alleviate this? Is there something I have to change in the webgui.srvc file? A configuration or parameter setting on the ITS side or portal side??

hi

set parameter sso2ticket to 0 at backend and use IACs for transaction iviews in portal if it is integrated ITs or external ITs
