Initial User, Service Agent and Admin User Issue

Is there any special reason or purpose that the AdminGuide suggests that we should lock the Initial User and Service Agent after initial implementation?

hmm, good question. In my view, Initial User and Password ist sent by SAP with limited authorization to create Service Agent and Administrator. As the third-party (here SAP) rather than the company who owned the License and Data is aware of the User, can be an Audit issue.

For example when we create incident and SAP need to analyze the issue in On-Premise System, we create temporary User for SAP. Just and Idea, may be Expert from SAP can empashize on this.
