labor value error in DBM Service Order

Hi ,

When i am creating service order through and try to add the labor value i an item tab I am getting an error like " Catalog for use /DBM/LBROP_CAT not found " Message No. /DBM/COMMON198 . and i am already assign criteria in " /DBM/LBR_DEF " Pleaes tell me how solve this
