Hi All,
Please provide your valuable support in resolving this issue ASAP.
Issue:
ZSD_SAFORECAST_BWEXTRACT program is scheduled on weekly basis, which is going to fill the table ZSDFORECAST.
After successful completion of this program, weekly time based BW triggered info package will be loading to ZSD_C30 (SD: Schedules).
we extract data on a weekly basis from VBEP table from R/3. This table has current week data and the historical data moves to VBEH table,
Is it possible to extract the missing data from R/3.
Thanks in advance for your support.

sarat,
Welcome to SDN....
1. can you identify the historical data from VBEH ?
2. Can you run the report for previosu weeks ?
If yes - then create a generic extractor on VBEH and you can get in the historical data - or else - run the program for previous weeks and then use the temporary table to push the data into BW and then clear the data form the Ztable before it goes into the VBEH table again...

Hope it helps....

Hi,
As you said, the data for the privous weeks moved to VBEH table and the current data would be available in VBEP, I think, if at all the VBEP would able to get the
relative data of what it matches the VBEH data, then, you can go for building a
custom view with these tables and create your own generic data source.
Otherwise, you need to find the related tables may be VBAK/VBAP to get the corresponding data to get combine with VBEH and again go for a view and gen.
DS, this way I guess you can achive the results..
Hope it helps..
need further info. revert..
assign points if useful..
Cheers,
Pattan.
Hi,
This issue is in production system, for me to go according to generation of custom view and DS, all the process approvals right from Development to production will take much time.
Is there any alternative in perspective to data base? I mean can I have any snap shot of database related to VBEP, so that I can down load that particular weeks of information to a flat file and upload it to BW.
Regards
Sarath
