I have a requirement of linking CRM survey to CRM service requests. I am trying to achieve this functionality by adding guid to the URL in smartform form which is calling the survey. I am using PBO - CRM_SVY_LEAD_PBO and PAI - CRM_SVY_SERVICE_PAI. After adding the crm guid, I am getting the guid in PBO FM in importing parameter - IT_SURVEY_PARAMS. However, I am not getting the CRM Guid in PAI FM anywhere. In PAI, there is a call to FM - CRM_INTLAY_GET_HEADER_GUID, but guid is coming as blank here. Can anyone please suggest me how to link the crm guid to survey? We need to link them and save the service request number against a survey in a custom table, for reporting purpose. Any suggestion would be highly appreciable.
