Pop-UP screen while saving equipment

Hello Friends,

My requirement is to generate a popup screen while saving equipment. In that popup screen system should ask " DO YOU WANT TO CREATE NOTIFICATION" and "YES", "NO".

Actual requirement is to record equipment qualification details through a notificaiton. while creating equipment system should ask whether to create qualification notificaiton or not. If i select "YES", system should display another screen to enter basic details for a notifciation creation.

I have done an enhancement but it is not working fine.

Can anyone help me put to overcome this enhancement.

Have a look at user-exit IEQM0003 via transaction SMOD.
