SSO between EP6 and ITS doesn't work

Hello,

I'm trying to connect to ITS (WebGUI) from EP6. I havre read the EP6 SSO Checklist and many threads in here.

When I preview my IView, the logon screen appears with the message " Make an entry in all required fields".

The verify.der is known in R3. The login/accept_sso2_ticket is is 1 and the login/create_sso2_ticket is 0. The Values ~mysapcomusesso2cookie, ~login and ~password are set correctly too. For my System the ITS parameters host name, path and protocol are set. The connector parameters client, system id and sytem number are set. Logon method is SAPLOGONTICKET. I am using FQDN. And anyway it doesn't work.

Does anybody have an idea?

Hi,

Can you explain what exactly are you trying to do ? Are you trying to integrate an R3 system or CRM or BW ?

Some quick questions :

1) Are you trying to connect to an external ITS server ? What is the version of SAP backend system that you are using ?

2) What are the entries you have made in the system defination part ?

3) Are all the systems in the same domain ?

4) Did you restart the backend SAP system after setting those parameters ?

Sorry, it was my mistake. Forgot to add the certificate to the ACL in R3. Mea culpa.

Hi Daniel,

login/create_sso2_ticket should be 2 and not 0 for SSO to work
