Sometimes users were locked

Hi,

We implement an Enterprise Portal 6.0 SP13 for a customer with an LDAP Novell eDirectory and have a problem.

Sometimes some users wer locked without any reason. Users logs correctly to the portal with the right user-id and password. The UserAdministrator looks in the iview "Locked Users" and click on the details and read, that the user was locked by the administrator. No Name which Administrator.

What it can be?
