system copy error - can no executew dipgntab.exe

Hello gurus,

i am getting the following error while doing homogeneous system copy using backup/restore method at stage "perform MSS post load activities" we have instance DVEMGS000 but it is taking instance as D00 dont know why.

Process call 'E:\usr\sap\E60\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\dipgntab.exe-rwr40 -srctt DDNTT -srctf DDNTF -dsttt DDNTT -dsttf DDNTF -ttonly TT' exits with error code -1.

all i was able to resolve the problem by upgrading the kernal and by setting the The environment variable MSSQL_FORCEOLEDB = 1 has to be set for the userID performing the installation.
