Campaign approval not working...

Hi All,

Requirement is to send campaign for approval to reporting line manager when a particular status is set.

I have created a workflow approval process with condition IF ZADC is yes, then send for approval (Refer attachments). But as i create a Campaign with above condition , it is not sending for approval.

Is there any other step involved in configuring camapiagn, which I'm missing?

Hello Mohit,

did you Activated the work flow rule, the status should be Active?

and also please check in Implementation project, the question related to approval is selected. You can find that under Sales Campaign -> Campaign Management -> Performing Campaign .

P.S: I habe German system so translation can be little be different 🙂

Hi Krish,

Thanks for looking into this issue.

Rules are active as well as scoping question is ticked (Do you want to use a multi-step approval process for campaigns?) , still it's not working 😞
