Mass Data Maintenance Question

Hi guys,

So for customers, I've been getting this error which says "Only files created in Mass Data Maintenance supported"

My file is already saved as a .csv file and also tried .txt but the same error still persists.

What should I do? Is there seperate migration template for Mass Data Maintenance?

Hi Miguel,

The cause for this issue might be that the file XYZ was not downloaded from the Mass Data Maintenance work center.

Mass Data Maintenance work center is only used to modify the existing data in the system.

You have to first Export the file using hyperlink of the field Export Customers in Mass Data Maintenance work center. Then you can make the changes to the downloaded CSV file and import it back using hyperlink of the field Import Customers in Mass Data Maintenance work center
