Update BOM long text

Hi,

I'm trying to create header BOM Long Text. But function module SAVE_TEXT doens't work. The function module gives me sy-subrc 0, but when I see the text using transaction SC03 the text has not been created.

Someone knows how to save BOM Long Text?

Someone knows some function module, or bapi to create BOM header text?
