Authorization problem in IR/ID/RWB

Hai,

I am getting an authorization error in IR/ID/RWB

THe error is like this: No authorization for this action.

But i am able to log into SLD with the same user /password.

Please can anyone help me on this.its bit urgent.

Hi,

it happens normally when the userid given to you

doesnt have the access rights to go in to IR/ID/RWB

but you can login to SLD with same userid.

so pls see if you can get access rights to the userid given to you

from your Admin.

Can you please check if the roles that were assigned to your userid were changed recently...?

make sure you have the roles - SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR_J2EE and SAP_XI_DEVELOPER_J2EE against your user id to access IR/ID....

Also please make sure the 'UserComparison' is done...

Try restarting the J2EE once. This may be resolved then.

Just restart the Server once, that would solve your problem.

Faced the same issue. I had kept the IR and ID tools running overnight and suddenly started getting not authorised errors. I could not close the tools as well.

Was able to get out of the endless loop by restarting the J2EE Server.
