Dialogue instance NW2004 SR2 fails on create profiles phase

I am installing a AIX dialogue instance and sapinst records this error. I cannot find any indication why it will fail. AIX Permissions are fine to the directory. This is an AIX install. anyone seen this in SR2?

Dear Alexander,

you might want to check file permissions and ownership of the installation directories. They should be owned by the <SID>adm user, not by root. Of course, the directories and files must be writable by the owner.

You can also check in the profile directory for a profile like <SID>_D*_<servername>.[0-9]+ so a profile that has an appendix with a several digit number. If such a profile exists, remove the extension or delete the file.
